I’m christopher edward kujawski im 17 and i live in richmond virginia. im a junior in high school. i like pokemon cute boys and sleeping. im genuinely happy. lately not so much. ask to know more.
How i lost the weight:
a lot of people ask me how i’ve lost abut 43 pounds from august to now, and i guess ill make a status explaining it. first of all, i have never ONCE, EVER made myself throw up, or have starved myself. I think that is completely wrong, and to the people who have tried calling me “anorexic”, its just as bad as calling someone fat, because i worked really hard at losing weight. First thing, i stopped eating any junk food, and only put healthy things in my body. I started eating a lot of whole grains, special K cereals, chicken, and other things that are naturally good for you. Dont eat candy or sweets, and if you eat chips buy expeller pressed oil chips, or baked chips. I ONLY drink water, i drink water all day, and i drink 2 huge bottles of water at night usually. I never eat after dinner, you shouldn’t eat about 4 hours before you go to bed. I usually ate dinner around 4:30 or 5, sometimes earlier! i also use green tea, and certain metabolism boosters to boost my metabolism. Green tea is the best thing for that. I did 30 minutes of cardio every day, and make sure that you eat a couple hours before you do it! make sure you do a couple of days of muscle training as well so when you lose the weight you dont lose any muscle along with it, that was one of my mistakes. Getting plently of sleep also helps, because you burn about 100 calories every hour you sleep. just follow this and you’ll lose weight in no time! i did it without any extreme measures. the junk food will be there when you get back, but most likely you wont ever want to eat it again. good luck!
